Located right in the centre of town, eight doors back from South West Rocks' pristine beaches and an easy stroll to the sands of Main Beach. Park the car and walk to everything - cafes, restaurants, shops, local pub and surf club.

Large open living area with flat screen TV opening onto huge rear deck with outdoor setting where you can take in the beautiful sea breezes in comfort and shade whilst enjoying a BBQ. Plenty of room in the enclosed rear yard for the kids. Brand new fittings, appliances and timber floors throughout. Large bathroom with claw foot bath and separate huge shower. Extra toilet in the laundry and an outside hot and cold shower for when you return from the beach.

Room for 2 cars on the driveway please note: boats are to be parked outside the front gates only. This property is strictly a maximum of 8 people only.

A South West Rocks accommodation holiday offers a true escape from the hustle and bustle of modern day living. South West Rocks is a small coastal town on the mid north coast situated near the mouth of the Macleay River - by car approximately 5 hours from Sydney or Brisbane. South West Rocks offers 8 beautiful white sandy beaches, some of the best scuba diving in Australia, a modern Country Club with bowling greens, 18 hole golf course and tennis courts, the Seabreeze Hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Riverside Tavern on the bank of the Macleay River. Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historic Trial Bay Gaol and popular Trial Bay Kiosk, a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops, great cafes and restaurants in the centre of town and a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels and tablecloths, etc. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

Please Note: Misty's Beachside Cottage requires a $250 refundable security deposit to be paid prior to arrival. A post departure clean is required before funds are released.
