There is a large 1.9 metre high carport with room for storage and a second 7m long off street parking bay for car or boat. There is a sheltered back patio and great front verandah which embraces a wonderful outlook to Trial Bay and Smoky Mountain. The property is also an easy walk to the town centre shops (480m) and main town beach 680m.
