Features include polished timber floors,3 TV's, DVD players and ipod dock. 1 extra long lockup garage with room for all of your beach gear and large yard with plenty of room for parking the boat off the street via the rearlane access and still have room for the kids to run around or hit a ball. Own laundry and gas BBQ and an outdoor surfers shower for rinsing off the salt and sand after you return from the beach..

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting you will need to bring your own (sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths).
