This 4 bedroom home is situated right in town and only a minutes walk to the beaches, Back Creek and shops. This modern style split level home has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is spacious and is well equipped. There is split system air conditioning in the living area and main bedroom and the property offers Wi-Fi and has foxtel available. There are 2 bathrooms, with the main bathroom featuring a bathtub. You will have remote access to an extra large triple garage with enough room to park a tall boat, the dimensions are 1 x 2.7m & 2 x 2.5m roller doors. Other features include a fully equipped laundry and access to a BBQ.
Beach House can be booked in conjunction with Beach Shack to have both properties side by side and sleeping up to 12 people. Perfect for a group or two families.
A South West Rocks Accommodation holiday offers a true escape from the hustle and bustle of modern day living. South West Rocks is a small coastal town on the mid north coast situated near the mouth of the Macleay River - by car approximately 5 hours from Sydney or Brisbane. South West Rocks offers 8 beautiful white sandy beaches, some of the best scuba diving in Australia, a modern Country Club with bowling greens, tennis courts and 18 hole golf course, the Seabreeze Hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Riverside Tavern on the bank of the Macleay River. Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historic Trial Bay Gaol and popular Trial Bay Kiosk, a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops, great cafes and restaurants in the centre of town and a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.
Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths, etc. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

Could have been so much better
jandh - 20th July 2021The beach house was comfortable and clean with a new lounge suite and king size bed and close to all amenities but sliding doors would not close properly and the out dated television and poor reception meant that watching tv was limited with little or no reception at night.Neighbours children teased our dog causing it to hurt a leg and when told to stop proceeded to throw all their garbage into our yard and write disgusting graffiti regarding a family member on the properties driveway.After informing the agents the graffiti was left for 5 days before removal which was unfair as the whole town could read it and highly embarrassed us as a couple.This spoilt our holiday at the Beach House as we really enjoy coming to South West Rocks annually.
Great location
Lisa - 11th April 2021We recently stayed at the Beach house, the location was great, only a couple of minutes walk to town, beach and back creek. Also, being able to take your dog was a real bonus. The house is big, plenty of room for everyone. The house its self needs a good clean. Yes, its a pet friendly house but the showers weren't clean, under the lounge was dirty and around the windows was dusty. We spent the first night sneezing from the dirt and dust. The lounges need replacing and to be wiped over after each stay. I will be checking in with the property manager before staying there again
Grandma 's house - absolutely, love it.
Nayana - 26th June 2020I rented this last week. Was glad that I found the right place for us to spend quality time as a family with the dog. My children consider this place as a "Grandma's house " lot of extra space. Large rooms and the kitchen No doubt house is so old. It's Not a fancy place either. Was it comfortable ? - absolutely, "YES" we all falling love with this place. South West Rocks it's a breathtaking views beautiful host. Walk 30 seconds from the house you can enjoy the one of the most beautiful beach of Australia. If youhappen to forget anything 4 minutes drive to all the shops.
Comfortable home away from home
Gary01 - 9th March 2020We return twice every year and this home has everything we need for a comfortable stay. Being dog friendly is extremely important to us - well fenced yard. Cleaners do a minimum clean and rely on tenants to clean under house which is not always done.
Convenient and family/dog friendly
Simon - 12th December 2019It's generally a great house and convenient position but needs a thorough clean - the window sills are all very dirty, very dusty under the furniture, hall runner, top of the fridge, skirting boards, ceiling fans etc. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned properly for several months if not years. Also be prepared to take EVERYTHING - there is not even a brush or dishwashing liquid. The management are very nice though, hopefully it will be attended to before next visit.

Great Holiday House!
TheDavos - 8th June 2017We stayed here with our small dog - first time visitors to South West Rocks and for us it was ideal. Really close to the bridge across to Back Beach which was perfect for talking the dog for long walks, and really close to the shops and main beach. It is on quite a busy corner, but that didn't worry us. The house is really good for a holiday stay - really well stocked kitchen, good bathroom, comfortable beds and heaps of room. The only downside are the blinds which don't work and as another reviewer mentioned, the old lounges. But no big deal overall but something the owner could fix at no great expense. The team from Rocks Real Estate were incredibly helpful and friendly. I left some clothing behind after our stay and they went out of their way to send it back to me. Overall, a great pet friendly property.
