The kitchen is brand new and fitted with modern appliances. Although it is a shared laundry there is access to a washing machine in the kitchen of this unit.

South West Rocks is a small coastal town on the mid north coast situated near the mouth of the Macleay River - by car approximately 5 hours from Sydney or Brisbane. South West Rocks offers 8 beautiful white sandy beaches, some of the best scuba diving in Australia, a modern Country Club (with bowling greens and 18 hole golf course & tennis courts), the Seabreeze Hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the Riverside Tavern on the bank of the Macleay River. Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historical Trial Bay Gaol and the popular Trial Bay Kiosk, a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops, great cafes and restaurants in the centre of town and a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.
Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels and tablecloths, etc. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

chrisc - 11th August 2021Just a quick getaway. Caught up with family and friends who were in Jubilee apart. Could see their balcony from the front patio. The reno is fabulous. A lot of friends come from Tamworth and were impressed with the unit. We love being able to walk everywhere. A little difficult reversing into car park but it was fine. Gr8 hot water in shower. The bed was a little hard for my liking but hubby found gr8. Good $ for a couple of nights. Thank you :) Also easy to pick up key and return key to Harcourts RE

Calypso - 27th October 2019Unit 3 came recommended, and glad we booked it. No sea views, but you're on the beach within a 2 min walk (40 secs if you run). Almost everything in SWR is within walking distance. No sheets provided, so bring your own, or hire them for around $25 which is what we did. No coffee/tea, so remember to bring your own. But the unit is very clean, and had been modernised. Comfy bed and lounge suite. Highly recommended!
