This lovely 2 bedroom cottage will suit all of your holiday needs. Just a short stroll to the Country Club and Beach. The house has been renovated with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The living area has air conditioning. The house has 2 bedrooms that sleep 6 people and there is a room in the converted garage that will sleep another 2 people. It also has its own lounge and TV.
Lovely backyard for the kids as well.
NB: This property is not serviced. You will need to bring your own sheet sets & towels. Linen can also be hired.

Great holiday house

Great location & everything you need!
Kylie - 22nd January 2018We loved our stay at this beach house, it has everything you need for a great holiday & is in a good location. The house & detached granny flat can fit up to 8 people combined, all mattresses are comfortable & clean. The house has good amenities with two toilets & a bathroom with heat lamp & laundry with washing machine, the kitchen is also very well equipped with all appliances, cups, plates, pans, cutlery etc. There are quiet ceiling fans in all rooms & a great quality new air conditioner in the main living area, with a separate good working aircon unit also in the granny flat. The granny flat also has its own TV & lounge (you enter through the shed). They also have a fresh herb garden in the backyard that you can use & a fully stocked book shelf with many novels, magazines & some games as well - we thought this was a nice touch! Overall we were very happy with this property & would stay here again. You can even park right outside the front door & its only a very short walk (5-10 min) to main beach & centre of town, & an even shorter walk to the country club just around the corner! The fridge can be a bit noisy at times & the lounge & carpet areas are in need of a good steam clean, but this is to be expected with frequent shared use & age, other than that Flounder About is a really great house, with ample space for a large family & good value. The real estate was also a pleasure to deal with at all times, with check in/check out made easy & flexible for late arrival/departure.
