This well-appointed reburnished 2 storey house offers 4 bedrooms upstairs with a study room downstairs. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and are modern and spacious. The main living area comes with a smart TV and combined dining area which offers an air-conditioning system for the hotter days. The property has a well-equipped kitchen that offers the second living area for space from the children. All modern conveniences including Wifi, dishwasher. With a separate laundry that includes a washer and dryer. Off the laundry provides a second shower and toilet. Plenty of parking in the double garage that has internal access. This property has a large outdoor under cover BBQ area that overlooks a large fully fenced back yard for the kids and perfect for relaxing in the breeze after a day at our beautiful beaches.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels and tablecloths, etc. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

Please Note: Pete's Place requires a $250 refundable security deposit to be paid prior to arrival. A post departure clean is required before funds are released.
