This unit is in a fantastic location close to the shops and the beach. But just far enough away that it is not too busy with traffic. It was quiet and had everything that we needed for our stay. Was a little stuffy on the hot muggy nights with only a very old fan to circulate in the bedroom. Kitchen could have been a little cleaner for my liking also. Harcourts real estate a delight to deal with.
