Upstairs boasts an open plan living and dining area, and has a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. There is 1 bathroom upstairs. Downstairs features the 4th bedroom with the second bathroom and has a quiet area to relax and read a book.
There is a covered outdoor area with gas BBQ and dining area and the yard is fully fenced. This property also has its own fully equipped laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Hat Head offers a beautiful white sandy beach with tidal creek inlet, fantastic coastal walks through the National Park to other secluded beaches, a Bowling Club with greens and restaurant, in a quiet seaside village. Nearby at South West Rocks is Arakoon State Recreation Area with the historic Trial Bay Gaol.
