A contemporary three-bedroom home with modern amenities. Ideally situated in the heart of the village with close proximity to the beach, creek, bowling club, and the new shop (opening 2023). Mobile reception is patchy in Hat Head, however the home has NBN connection and Wi-Fi is available. The smart TV in the lounge room will keep the family and friends entertained.
There is a dishwasher, BBQ area at the rear, an outdoor shower and two additional TVs in the bedrooms. Linen is provided. The home gets a lovely sea breeze with windows opened, and in addition there are fans in the living area and each of the bedrooms. It is an ideal holiday getaway in the warmer months, or anytime of the year.
Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, and the other two single beds. There is also a ‘sleep out’ in the garage equipped with a double bed and its own bathroom and toilet.
There is ample space out the front for your cars or boat, or simply to sit, relax and watch the world go by.

Perfect for a couple, two couples, or a small family, you’ll want to come back year after year and make this exceptional place part of your life.

Directly to the front of the property is a 250-step walk, winding through a quiet bush trail, over dunes, and opening to the breathtakingly beautiful 16-kilometre beach.
Walk in the other direction and 500 steps will take you to the tidal creek where you can swim, paddleboard or simply float all the way along to the connecting shore.

You’ll be delighted in our heavenly outside shower. Fantastic for that refreshing rinse after an ocean swim and truly magical at night where you can easily lose yourself in our spectacular sparkling sky. Set your gaze and watch for the multitude of shooting stars that are regularly seen. You won’t regret.

As part of the property, Charlie’s provides the security of a single space lockup garage that also includes the convenience of a second bathroom. There are a further two driveway spaces directly to the front, perfectly suited for your parking needs.
